Skinli is run by one person, Nick, who writes every guide on the site.

There is no contact address yet
Skinli has not published an email address, a phone number, or a postal address. Rather than list one that nobody reads, this page says so. An address will be added here when there is a real inbox behind it.
What you can do today
Stop the reminder emails
Every reminder email Skinli sends has a Stop these emails link at the bottom. One click turns them off, and no reply is needed.
Find a mistake in a guide
Every guide lists its sources at the bottom, so a claim can be checked against the source it came from. How the guides are written, and how a correction is made, is on the editorial policy page.
See what changed on the site
The changelog lists every change to Skinli in public, newest first.
Ask about your data
The privacy page says what Skinli stores, where it is stored, and how long a photo is kept.
A question about a payment
Payments are taken by Stripe, and Stripe emails the receipt. The receipt email comes from Stripe and can be replied to for anything about the charge itself.
Skinli is not a medical service
Nick is not a doctor, a nurse, or a dermatologist, and nobody at Skinli can answer a medical question or look at your skin. If your pimples hurt, are deep under the skin, are getting worse, or will not go away, see a doctor. If this is an emergency, call your local emergency number.
